En quatre mois, les \u00e9tudiants, en petits groupe, vont conduire de A \u00e0 Z un projet de recherche appliqu\u00e9e, sous ma supervision, sur la th\u00e9matique<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Migrations Internationales\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les migrations internationales sont l\u2019un des grands enjeux du XXI<sup>e<\/sup>si\u00e8cle. En quarante ans, le chiffre des migrants a tripl\u00e9 dans le monde, des pays de d\u00e9part sont devenus des pays d\u2019accueil et de transit, la plupart des \u00c9tats du monde sont aujourd\u2019hui concern\u00e9s soit par le d\u00e9part, soit par le transit, soit par l\u2019accueil. Les migrants sont des acteurs cl\u00e9s de la mondialisation car ils contribuent \u00e0 mettre en relation des territoires. Migrations des conflits, de la pauvret\u00e9 ou strat\u00e9gies de recherche de meilleures conditions de travail et d\u2019existence, elles font \u00e9cho aux \u00e9carts de richesse, aux guerres, aux besoins de mains-d\u2019\u0153uvre sp\u00e9cifiques. Les migrations sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9es et font l\u2019objet de d\u00e9bat. L\u2019Europe doit actuellement face \u00e0 l&rsquo;une des plus importantes crises migratoires de son histoire contemporaine. Dans cette nouvelle donne, de nombreux th\u00e8mes sont \u00e9mergents. Ils ont tous une dimension internationale, bouleversant l\u2019ordre \u00e9tatique par l\u2019ampleur mondiale ou r\u00e9gionale de leurs enjeux, l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 des \u00c9tats \u00e0 y r\u00e9pondre seuls, le r\u00f4le des migrants et de leurs r\u00e9seaux transnationaux comme acteurs individuels et collectifs. The 21<sup>st<\/sup> Century is projected to be the Asian Century, characterized by the dominance of Asian politics and culture. By mid-way through the 21st Century, India and China are predicted to be the world\u2019s largest economies. Furthermore, the Asia-Pacific region is home to approximately two-thirds of the world\u2019s population.\u00a0This course is an introduction to the development of the Asia-Pacific region in the contemporary period. The region varies in size depending on which context, but it typically includes much of East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. Southeast was explored during the first semester. Les d\u00e9veloppements traiteront des grandes \u00e9tapes du d\u00e9veloppement politique de la Chine de Mao, en insistant sur quelques grands paradigmes utiles pour lire cette p\u00e9riode de l\u2019histoire de la Chine : notamment celui d\u2019une \u201csur-mobilisation\u201d en r\u00e9gime totalitaire pour atteindre \u00e0 grande vitesse des objectifs d\u00e9mesur\u00e9s.\u2028\u00a0Apr\u00e8s une analyse du r\u00e9gime politique, ce cours s\u2019interrogera, pour la p\u00e9riode plus r\u00e9cente, sur les \u00e9volutions du r\u00e9gime, la distinction entre l\u2019\u00e9conomique et le politique et la viabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une r\u00e9forme politique dans une transition d\u00e9licate. Tout en analysant son mode de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 travers l\u2019histoire des faits \u00e9conomiques et sociaux sur longue p\u00e9riode, le cours s\u2019attachera dans une premi\u00e8re partie\u00a0\u00e0 pr\u00e9senter:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">les diff\u00e9rentes sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s qui en sont issues que ce soit au plan de l\u2019emploi et de la formation ou des relations interentreprises<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">les probl\u00e8mes \u00e9conomiques et sociaux qui se posent au pays dans les ann\u00e9es r\u00e9centes, notamment du fait de la mondialisation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les changements que celle-ci entra\u00eene, tant au Japon que dans les pays p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques d\u2019Asie nous am\u00e8neront dans une deuxi\u00e8me partie \u00e0 englober plus largement la zone asiatique, plus particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019Asie du Sud-Est, o\u00f9 les investissements japonais et la division asiatique du travail mise en \u0153uvre par les multinationales ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le de premier plan pour faire avancer l\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale. L\u2019exemple de la Tha\u00eflande sera mobilis\u00e9 pour illustrer les d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques, politiques, humains, et environnementaux que connaissent les pays de l\u2019ASEAN, conduits \u00e0 se transformer dans un laps de temps tr\u00e8s court de pays agraires en plateformes d\u2019exportation propuls\u00e9es sur le devant de la sc\u00e8ne mondialis\u00e9e.\u00a0Pour finir, nous nous interrogerons quant \u00e0 la configuration possible et aux perspectives d\u2019un r\u00e9gionalisme asiatique entre l\u2019ASEAN, aujourd\u2019hui le projet le plus abouti institutionnellement, le Japon, la Cor\u00e9e et la Chine dont la mont\u00e9e en puissance complexifie la donne.
